Your personal data may be transferred by our Company to the parties specified below, in line with the purposes set out above and within the scope of the conditions for the transfer of personal data specified under Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

As a data subject, you may submit your requests regarding your personal data processed by us within the scope of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 at any time to the addresses specified below, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by completing the Data Subject Application Form available at www.transay.com.tr and submitting it in writing, or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address that you have previously notified to us and that is registered in our system.
