Identity of the Data Controller;

Personal data may be transferred to suppliers/subcontractors/business partners/consultants for the performance of the provided services within the framework of the conditions and purposes for processing personal data under KVKK and in the forms permitted/prescribed by law. Transay takes the necessary security measures to prevent the loss of personal data, unauthorized access, or unlawful use thereof.

Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject;

As a data subject, you may submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods set out in the Personal Data Subject Application Form (a) attached to this Disclosure Statement by filling out the form and sending it to the e-mail address [email protected]; depending on the nature of the request, it shall be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days. (In the event that a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined by the relevant Board tariff shall be charged.)

The rights you have pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK are as follows;

a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) To request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
d) To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
e) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the relevant article of KVKK,
f) To request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) To request compensation for damages in case of loss incurred due to unlawful processing of data
